The first at Morgan State University (2011), Then University of Maryland Baltimore County (2012), also the branch at 6227 N. Charles Street in Baltimore County, MD (2013) and lastly the Havre de Grace, MD branch at Woodbrook (2014)

University of Virgin Islands

Jerryn J. McCray, Architect has designed two major projects at UVI (Saint Thomas, Upper Campus). The Upper Campus ADA Planning and Improvement was the first in 2011, followed by West Hall - the latest dormitory (100 residents) in 2012.

Professional Athletes

Jerryn J. McCray, Architect has been fortunate to work for Kameron Chancellor (Seattle Seahawks) and Quanitra Hollingsworth (Seattle Storm) in designing both investment properties and personal homes. Mr. McCray's services are in support of their impressive ambitions to maintain healthy lifestyles and interests/investments in community design. Working with and for professional athletes has grown into a specialty for my practice.

High Net-Worth Clientele

Jerryn J. McCray, Architect has grown to specialize in working closely with celebrity and high net-worth clientele. Please inquire via phone or email (for the privacy of my clients) for references if you are interested in my experience with these particular clients. I'm particularly interested in design using my experience in the Virgin Islands and/or other tropical climates.

On-the-Boards (Grace Memorial Baptist Church)

Jerryn J. McCray, Architect is in the process of working with a team of professionals (engineers and builders) to restore Grace Memorial Baptist Church (a historic property in Baltimore, MD). The church survived a massive fire in 2018 and requires a total redesign of it's interior, including pews, furniture and lighting. I'm exited and proud to be a part of this project as it continues.

Row House Renovation

Jerryn J. McCray, Architect (among other specialties) has evolved to become a go-to resource for homeowners looking to renovate urban row homes (Baltimore and Washington, DC). I've complete well over 150 row house renovation designs which include additions and expansions - of which include historic properties. Please inquire: I love row homes!
